This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how FAST PICK (“we”, “us”, or “our”; operated by Wayvance Technology Limited) collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal information when you use our services. Please read this Policy carefully before using the application.
If there is any discrepancy between different language versions of this Policy, the English version shall prevail.

Our product is developed using DCloud uni-app. During operation, we may collect unique device identifiers (such as IMEI, Android ID, DEVICE_ID, IDFA, SIM card IMSI info, OAID) to provide statistical analysis, improve performance, and enhance user experience via app launch data and error log analysis.

We may use third-party service providers (e.g., AWS for server hosting, Oceanpayment for payment processing) to assist us in providing and improving our services. These providers may process your information according to their own privacy policies.

Send you service-related notifications and marketing information (if you agree)

9. Account Cancellation

You may cancel your FAST PICK account at any time by:

Going to the “Personal Information” section in the app and selecting “Account Cancellation”

Upon cancellation, we will delete or anonymize your personal data, except as required by applicable law. Cancellation is irreversible. If you have any questions, please contact us.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Policy and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by the laws of your country or region of residence, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved first through friendly negotiations. If negotiations fail, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence or another competent court as permitted by law.
